THE star shone streaming light,
................an upside-down point

...of exclamation,
........................as God
........................became
........................incarnate,
to live a brief
world jolting paragraph
.................as whole man
.................among puzzled men,
.................to hang suspended
like a broken off
sentence
as the elements around Him
provided a graphic
...............punctuation of promise. 

Then,
three days later,
a still stone now moved
(like my heart)
was the point
of His ascending exclamation

.........the period
.........of absolute certainty
.........for the fact of our
.........imperfect unfinished
